In this classic NFC rivalry, Jimmy Garoppolo and the San Francisco 49ers travel to Arlington to face off against Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys. Last week, the 49ers defeated the LA Rams in an OT thriller, and the Cowboys absolutely demolished the Eagles, 51-26. With this being the first meeting between these two this year, it will be interesting to see how each team holds up against an unfamiliar opponent. While both teams have the momentum from their recent play, there is only one squad with the clear-cut advantages over the other. Here is what picks I love and why I love them for this Wild Card matchup.

The 49ers opened this game as three-point road underdogs and that is where this line currently stands. While Dallas is an impressive 11-1 ATS in their last 12 vs NFC opponents, the Niners are 7-3 SU in their last 10 road games and have won three of their last four as a road underdog. Although the Cowboys finished with a solid record of 12-5, they left a few wins on the table against formidable teams. They were 6-0 in their division this year; however, it is one of the worst divisions in the league, and that meant they were 6-5 vs every other division they played. If the 49ers offense can mitigate turnovers, like they did vs the Rams, they should easily cover this margin. Although this Cowboys defensive unit has been known to cause havoc with turnovers, they are one of the worst teams in yards allowed. Take San Fran plus the points, where they will out scheme Dak Prescott and the Cowboy offense.

Deebo Samuel Over 28.5 Rushing Yards
With a staggering 1,400 yards receiving for the 49ers this year, Deebo Samuel has also become a serious threat at running back with nearly 400 yards and eight touchdowns at the position. Deebo has been an absolute stud for the Niners where he is arguably the most dynamic player in the game. He has rushed the ball at least eight times in each game this season, so he has been very involved in the ground game this year. While the Cowboys’ run defense is far from the best, Deebo has proven he can run past any defensive player in the league. With his rushing total this low it must be taken advantage of. His efficient dual-threat ability should allow him to easily hit this mark as he has done it in 8 starts. Take Deebo Samuel to run by this total rushing yardage prop with ease.

Elijah Mitchell Any Time TD (-115)
With the limited number of scoring options the Niners have on the ground, they will definitely keep rookie breakout Elijah Mitchell heavily involved. The 6th round draft pick has made huge contributions to their running game where in only 10 starts he had nearly 1,000 yards and five touchdowns. He is a hard runner who finishes drives in the end zone courtesy of one of the league’s best offensive lines. With over 1,100 total yards from scrimmage, he always finds a way to gain yardage and is due to score in this one. The Cowboys rush defense is less than stout to say the least and they will have a tough time with this rookie star. This should allow Mitchell to be productive at the very least. Take him to score in what should be an electric game.

Same Game Parlay:
Elijah Mitchell Anytime TD Scorer, Deebo Samuel Over 29.5 Rush Yds, Dak Prescott Over 7.5 Rush Yds, Amari Cooper Over 57.5 Rec Yds, George Kittle Over 51.5 Rec Yds and 49ers +3.
