It got a little dicey at the end, but the Warriors covered and cashed for us and moved onto their sixth finals in eight years. Now we shift back to the Eastern conference finals, where the Celtics have a chance to get to the finals with a win. Can Boston close out the series, or are we headed back to Miami?

Health has to be a concern for Boston, as Smart and Tatum have noticeable injuries. Tatum was leaving a handful of shots short, which makes you wonder how hurt his shoulder is. Smart is dealing with a nagging ankle injury and the question becomes, if they make it past Miami, how well can he defend the fastest team in the league, the Warriors? The defense of the Celtics does have to be commended, no matter how bad or hurt the Heat have been. To hold them to basically 80 points for two consecutive games on this stage is a big accomplishment. Smart and Williams are listed as game-time decisions but will likely play, and Tatum currently does not have an injury designation.

Their performance offensively makes you question how hurt Lowry and Butler really are. Lowry has filled in amazingly for Vincent, but no one is going to fill Butler’s shoes. The only one who can even come somewhat close is Herro, and he has missed the last two games, but you will likely see him suit up tonight. It seems like this is what Miami has been trying to do for the past two games, just extend the series so that these guys can get good enough to be competitive on the floor, which means the injuries might be more nagging and something they are able to play through rather than serious.

Celtics vs Heat Pick: Celtics -8.5
I don’t know if Herro is that guy to come in and clutch one up for the Heat and send it back to Miami. The injuries don’t look like they are going to go away in this short of a period of time for the Heat. The Celtics know what they need to do. Take the Celtics Spread.

Same Game Parlay:
Celtics -8.5, Jayson Tatum First Basket, Tatum to score 25+ pts, Jimmy Butler to score 25+ pts and Marcus Smart to record 6+ assists.
