It took a little longer, but we got the job done with another win last night. Moving onto tonight, we have a heavyweight matchup between the Grizzlies and the Celtics. The Grizzlies will basically be at full strength, and the Celtics will try and take the bear without Jaylen Brown. Who comes out victorious here? Let’s break it down and find out.

No team has been better than Memphis for a little while now, and they just keep producing wins. The Grizzlies went 8-2 in February. They rank third in points scored per game with 114 and rank right in the middle at 15th, allowing 109 points per game on the defensive end. The Grizzlies are the best cover team in the league and it’s not close as they lead the second-place Thunder by five games in that statistic. What’s even more impressive is that they have a 10% better road ATS record than they do at home. The Grizzlies are a mind-blowing 23-9 ATS on the road. The Grizzlies should be fully rested as they had two full days off before tonight’s tip.

This team has flown under the radar and it’s time to shed some light. They actually had a better February than the Grizzlies as Boston went 9-2 last month. Boston does not have near the record that Memphis has when it comes to covering the spread. The Celtics are actually 14-17-1 at home this season ATS. Their offense is right around the middle of the pack, scoring 109 per game, and their defense is ranked third in points allowed with 104. The last two games for Boston have been slightly concerning. The first game was a blowout loss to the Pacers, and that game continued into them getting blown out by Atlanta in the first half of their next game. The Celtics did storm back in the second half and come out with the win, but you won’t get those types of chances with this Memphis team.

Grizzlies vs Celtics Pick: Grizzlies ML
The Celtics lost Brown early in the Atlanta game, and their offense was flat. Brown is going to miss this game, and I don’t see anyone stepping up and filling his shoes for Boston. Give me the Grizzlies on the ML.
