Following a solid performance in last week’s best bets for the NBA, these games are a great opportunity to stay hot. In this Eastern Conference matchup, DeMar DeRozan and the Chicago Bulls host Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. Last game out, the Bulls were defeated by the Atlanta Hawks, 130-124, whereas Milwaukee pulled off an impressive victory over the Miami Heat. Both of these teams are led by their own superstar and that’s why they are currently near the top of the Eastern Conference. Nevertheless, during the midseason grind, players and teams alike can lose their rhythm due to the harsh schedule of an 82-game season. With this in mind, here are the best bets and player props for this NBA Saturday contest.

Bucks (-4.5)
The opening spread for this match favored the Bucks by just two points but they are currently listed as four and a half-point road favorite. While Milwaukee has been an excellent 9-1 ATS in their past 10 contests, the Bulls are a shoddy 4-6 ATS in their last 10 games. With the Bulls currently on a three-game losing streak, the defending champion Bucks could be more than Chicago could handle right now, where they are in a great spot to keep their hot streak going. In the first matchup of these two teams this season, Milwaukee walked away with a four-point victory, without their star two-way guard, Jrue Holiday. However, Holiday will be healthy and ready to go for this game where he has bounced back quite nicely since his injury. While the Bulls have been in a bit of a rough patch, I like the Bucks in this spot to stay hot following their back-to-back wins. Take Giannis and the Bucks minus the points vs the Bulls.

Jrue Holiday Over 18.5 Points
Following an outstanding 25-point performance in his last outing vs the Miami Heat, Jrue Holiday has shown he is one of the most consistent offensive players in the league. Holiday is averaging a solid 18 points and nearly 7 assists and has hit this point total over in all four of his last four outings and seven out of his last 10. With Giannis Antetokounmpo being the dominant superstar in Milwaukee, Holiday has been a trusty sidekick where he is a major offensive producer in their system. The Bulls are one of the best offenses and have scored the 6th highest points per game as a team around the NBA, so he’ll have to push the pace in this one to get his daily dose of baskets. This prop has amazing value given his ridiculous numbers in the last month. While he has a low of 7 points this season, I’m going to ride the hot hand and take him to once again produce at an efficient rate. Take Jrue Holiday to score more than his total points prop with ease.

Khris Middleton Over 4.5 Assists
After dropping 7 dimes in the last edition of NBA best bets, Khris Middleton has shown he can be as efficient a distributor as he has been a scorer this season. Middleton is averaging nearly 6 assists per game and has become a maestro in turning a good shot into a great shot. Middleton is one of the few point men on their squad and that has allowed him to have plenty of assist opportunities. When the Bucks met the Bulls just a few weeks ago, Middleton was able to easily dish out 6 assists. This prop has amazing value given his steady numbers this season. While he has a low of 2 assists this year, I’m going to ride with the passing hand of Middleton and take him to once again produce at an efficient rate. Take him to have more than his total assists prop.

Same Game Parlay
Bucks -5, Jrue Holiday Over 18.5 pts, Zach LaVine Over 22.5 Pts, Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 11.5 Rebounds, Demar DeRozan Over 5.5 Rebounds and Khris Middleton Over 4.5 Assists.
